Room Reservation Policy

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our guesthouse and to provide the best service to our guests, please read the following information before sending your room reservation request. Thank you!
Finalizing the reservation requires the acceptance of the confirmation sent by the reception, so please ensure the accuracy of your details! The accommodation reserves the right to request a deposit when accepting a reservation. The amount of the deposit will be included in the confirmation. Payment can be made free of charge through K&H branches, by postal check, bank transfer, or vacation voucher.
We offer discounts for groups and larger parties! Request a personalized offer.
We provide commissions to travel agencies!

Arrival and Departure
Rooms can be occupied after 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us in advance! In some cases, early arrival and late departure may incur an additional fee, which is 50% of the current room rate. Please inquire in advance about this! Our prices do not include the tourist tax, the amount of which can be found in the room types menu.
Half-board or full-board options are available in our restaurant, where guests can choose from an a' la carte menu. Current prices can be found in the menu offers.
For special dietary needs - due to health reasons or chosen lifestyle (e.g., allergy/sensitivity or organic, vegan, etc. diet), we are happy to prepare meals according to your wishes for a minimum surcharge of 3,000 HUF/person/meal (in addition to the half-board price) if you do not find a suitable option on the buffet table. Please indicate this request when making your reservation, otherwise, we cannot guarantee the service on-site.
Smoking is prohibited in the corridors and rooms within the guesthouse building! A designated smoking area is located to the right when facing the reception door from the outside. We have a limited number of smoking rooms available for our guests. If you require such a room, please indicate this in your reservation! If the housekeeper detects smoking in a non-smoking room, they are obliged to report it to the management - the guest will be charged an extra cleaning fee equivalent to one night's stay.
Please confirm your reservation via email, fax, or phone upon receiving the confirmation and accept the cancellation terms!

Cancellation Terms

The accommodation may deviate from these conditions in certain cases, e.g., during peak periods, and this will be indicated in the confirmation!

More than 21 days: free of charge
21-14 days: 30%
13-7 days: 50%
6-1 days: 75%
Payment options: cash, vacation voucher, or bank card on-site, bank transfer in advance.

House Rules
The one-day room rate entitles the use of the room from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM the next day. Please inform the reception by 10:00 AM if you wish to extend your stay. If this is not done or if the room is not vacated by 10:00 AM, the accommodation is entitled to charge an additional one-day room rate. The accommodation is not obliged to accept extension requests if there are prior commitments or other important reasons.
Please verify your identity according to legal requirements before occupying the room, and filling out the registration form is mandatory! No one is allowed to stay at the accommodation without registration.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Dinner is served from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Deviations from this schedule can be arranged (e.g., half-board can be taken as lunch).
Guests may receive visitors in their room only with prior knowledge and consent from the reception.
Guests must use the room appropriately. It is forbidden to use electrical appliances (except for hair dryers and electric shavers) or store flammable materials in the room. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by improper use or negligence. Smoking is prohibited within the corridors and rooms of the guesthouse building!

Please report any damage immediately to the hotel reception. To ensure settlement of claims and compensation, the accommodation has a legal lien or right of retention against the guest. Guests are kindly requested to report any comments or complaints at +36/30/9466-689 or at the reception, either verbally or in writing. In case of fire or other dangers, please report immediately first to the FIRE DEPARTMENT - tel: 1112, then to the hotel reception or at +36/30/9466-689.

Complaints
Guests can file a complaint in writing at the hotel reception until the time of departure. The hotel is obliged to investigate and respond to complaints within three days.

Compensation
The hotel is liable for damages caused by it according to applicable laws. If the guest fails to file a complaint on-site, they are not entitled to compensation later.
